ASHLEE SEARLE

Ashlee Searle is a Ponca City native, homeschool graduate, and a graduate of Northern Oklahoma College with an associate degree in Behavioral Science. Her kindness and compassion for others have been the foundation of her professional journey. In June 2025, she joined Harbor Wealth Management as the Director of Longevity Planning. In this role, she works alongside Financial Advisors to help clients navigate the complexities of Medicare and Social Security. Her goal is to ease the burden of this transition and bring peace of mind to those entering this new season of life. Ashlee is passionate about building meaningful relationships with each client she serves.
Outside of Harbor Wealth, Ashlee serves as the Worship Leader at Connect Church. Her God-given passion for worship began in childhood, and she has been actively leading worship in the community since 2005. She has had the privilege of being married to Christian Searle since September 2022, and together they are raising three children—Michael, Shiloh, and Titus. Being a wife and mother is Ashlee’s greatest joy. She is honored to homeschool her children and values the opportunity to invest in their lives while also empowering others in the community through Longevity Planning.
